Dinner Magician Culinary Magic Cooking Classes Dinner Magician offers In Home Cooking Classes! Whether you want a private lesson or you want to invite a group of people to your home for an Interactive Cooking Party or a Cooking Demonstration, I can come up with a menu, a lesson plan and will come to your home on the specified date ready to turn you into a chef! After your lesson, you will have a fantastic meal and will be ready to wow all your friends with what you have learned!

Classes can be structured in several ways… You can opt to have a cooking demonstration where I prepare all the food and you sit, with your relaxing beverage of choice, and watch. Kind of like bringing the cooking show from your tv into your kitchen! Depending upon the space you have, your group can be as large as 30 people, but you’d need to have a very large kitchen! This usually works best with no more than 12 to 16 people.

Or, you can invite up to 16 of your friends (depending on the space in your kitchen, this usually works best with no more than 12, and usually better with 8 to 10) and throw a party! Everyone will be placed into groups, the recipes will be divided up and I will be there to demonstrate each step in the process, but you and your friends will actually be the ones doing the cooking!

Before any class, I will go over the menu with you to make sure there isn’t anything in there that you simply do not like, as well as make sure no one is allergic to any of the ingredients, then I will do all the shopping and bring any necessary utensils to facilitate the class.

Culinary Magic Private Cooking Class:
This class is structured for those who wish to learn a new technique or to learn how to make a great 3 course meal to impress a friend, family member or that special someone! It is an interactive lesson so you will be doing a lot of the cooking! We’ll first have a free consultation to determine what it is you wish to learn, what your likes and dislikes are as well as any nutritional guidelines that may need to be followed. Then I will come up with the menu, go to the store and gather up all the necessary ingredients and meet you in your home on the day of the lesson ready to teach! Class will be up to 4 hours. Maximum attendees is 5 people.

Price for this class starts at $325 plus the cost of groceries for 1 or 2 people, $375 plus the cost of groceries for 3 or 4 people and $425 plus the cost of groceries for 5 people. Time over 4 hours will be charged extra.

Culinary Magic Interactive Cooking Party:
Are you having trouble coming up with a theme for your next party? Are you tired of missing most of your own party because you are in the kitchen while your family and friends are busy eating and socializing without you?

Host a Culinary Magic Interactive Cooking Party for your next event! I will help you come up with a menu for your event, go to the grocery store and gather all the necessary ingredients and bring them to your home, bring and set up any necessary equipment for the session, do any necessary prep and once your guests arrive, we’ll split up into groups. Each group will be responsible for part of the meal. I will provide demonstration and assistance while you and your friends learn to create a fantastic meal which you will all enjoy at the end of the lesson! Once the lesson has finished, I will clear up any mess and equipment while you and your friends enjoy the fruits of their labor!

At the end of the session, I will leave you all with the recipes and instructions for everything created during the party!

Minimum guest count is 6 and the class can last up to 4 hours. Maximum attendees depends on your kitchen space, but can be as large as 16, though this usually works best with no more than 12 or so.

This package is perfect for dinner parties, book clubs, sewing clubs, group meetings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, welcome home parties, bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, holiday parties and more!

Price for this package starts at $450 plus the cost of groceries. Additional $75 per guest over minimum plus groceries. Time over 4 hours will be charged extra.

Culinary Magic Cooking Demonstration:
Interested in having a culinary themed cooking party but don’t want to do any of the cooking? Then the Culinary Magic Cooking Demonstration Party is just what you are looking for!

I will help you come up with a menu for your event, gather all the necessary ingredients and equipment necessary and arrive at your home, set up and do any necessary prep required and when your guests arrive, will begin the demonstration! The menu usually consists of several dishes. Depending on space constraints in your kitchen and the amount of guests, this is more of a menu tasting where everyone will be getting a smaller portion of each dish than and actual meal in which everyone gets a full portion of each dish demonstrated. Don’t worry, though! There will be plenty to eat!

At the end of the session, I will leave you will all the recipes and instructions for everything created during the demonstration, will clean up you kitchen and leave it just as it was when I arrived!

I prefer to use the equipment in your home for cooking classes and demonstrations as I would like for you to be able to duplicate the recipes yourself when I am not around. I can bring any special equipment along with me, but would only do so in the event there is no other way to cook the dish. I do not want to have you have to go to the store to purchase equipment to complete a recipe at a later date unless you really want to do so.
